I don’t care how touristy a market is,  I’m always curious to see what’s up for sale.  We started our day in Vancouver by walking through Yaletown and then taking a water taxi to Granville Island to see what was at the market.  Granville Public MarketGranville Public MarketI love some of these photos, but on merits of browsing alone – Pike’s Place market is still my favorite from this trip.Granville Public MarketWe decided to do lunch on Granville Island before pressing on to Stanley Park.  We lucked out with the best seat in the house, the glassed-in corner of The Sandbar’s 3rd story patio.  I’m sure there are better places to dine, but we had a perfect weather that day and just the view to match. The SandbarThe Sandbar
