It’s hard to believe it’s taken this long for the ramen craze to come to Connecticut. New from the owners of Pho Vietnam, Mecha Noodle Bar just opened in Fairfield.

As a side note: if you like Korean Fried Chicken get yourself to Briq in New Haven, they have an extra crispy, but finger-licking delicious version.
