Here’s a little known fact about my husband: as a teenager, he worked at a raw bar in Milford. This comes in handy, as he’s still quite good at opening clams and shucking oysters. I am so afraid of stabbing myself, I can’t even get clam open… forget about an oyster. On a lark, I filmed him opening up a littleneck last weekend. We used the G10 (point and shoot) video feature. It’s not that great, but I thought it might be helpful if some of you want to try this at home. Be careful, he does make it look easy!
