It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since our trip to Moline, IL for Ann and Jason’s wedding! This was our first Saturday/Sunday at home in about a month and we had leaf peeping on the agenda. Unfortunately, my cousin Brent couldn’t join us, he was too busy hitting the books before midterms. I took lots of photos for him (and for all my other readers who don’t live in New England)! We’ll save the raking for when Brent is able to break away from campus! This was our annual hike up to the top of West Rock, over near Southern Connecticut State University. If you’re feeling a little lazy, you can even drive to the top! Today was the first time I took out the Sigma 18-50mm lens to do landscape shots.
You can see the full set of photos from our hike on Flickr.

Blake, I’ll always owe you for letting me tag along during your adventures in China. I think your blog was the first I ever followed!

The only thing that really bums me out about Los Angeles is that I can’t see the fall colors. But Liz, your photos have captured it so beautifully I almost feel like I am there! Thank you!
