There were no hats and no mint juleps, but we still enjoyed our summer-like Saturday in Bucks County Pennsylvania. At around 6:15 pm we all crowded around the tv to watch the Derby, with a modified nod to Kentucky. Beginning with a bourbon base (but a little easier to drink), these Maker’s Mark cocktails were dressed-up with mint iced tea, simple syrup, club soda and a squeeze of lemon.
