It feels good to be home! We beat the snowstorm threatening Newark Airport and made it to the Kona Coast just in time to experience our first tsunami evacuation. It was much ado about nothing, with no big waves ever materializing on the coast at midday. After that morning of panic, we had a very relaxing trip visiting with family and soaking up some Hawaiian sunshine. I’m pleased to report I didn’t take a million vacation photos, so hopefully editing will move along much faster for this trip. But first I plan to share photos from Iceland taken by the always fabulous adventurers, Katherine and Nathan. Stay tuned.

Whew, first I had to get the Iceland edit up. Now back to Hawaii!
